What can you expect in a class with me? I am fun loving and pride myself on making connections with others. My adventurous spirit shows up at every class as you move, breathe, and sweat throughout practice. I love leading you to surprises and successes just when you think you may not be able to go any farther in your practice. Be prepared for a physical and mental workout with my dynamic, powerful flows as you link breath to movement. You will leave class feeling grounded, powerful, and wanting to come back for more!

Hi there, I’m Erin, welcome to the mindful | nest! I started practicing yoga several years ago for cross training but it has developed into so much more. Yoga has done so much for my mind, body and soul that it became a passion of mine to share it with others. I truly believe that I was born to encourage and lead others, and sharing my excitement for yoga helps me do just that.
Cue yoga teacher training! I didn’t think I was “good” enough at yoga (how silly, right?), but with words of wisdom from one of my favorite yoga teachers, and support from my family and friends, I took the leap. It was one of the best decisions I had ever made! In December 2017 I completed my 200 hour Power Yoga Teacher Training and have been reaping the positive vibes ever since. Along with deepening my own practice and becoming a part of an amazing yoga community, I have gained the confidence to lead others through a yoga practice and help guide them through their own yoga journey.
